Mr & Mrs Lam @ The Town Mouse

舊址"Embrasse",依家轉了另一間餐廳"The Town Mouse"。這間餐廳,開了幾個月,係urbanspoon已經有勁多個"like",而且有很好的食評。林生每次經過,都睇佢的菜單,很想很想去試。Yeah~~!今晚有得食了~~! http://www.thetownmouse.com.au/
 
約了S-star一起試試,有人倍林生開紅酒了。今晩試了法國紅酒 --
Benjamin Leroux Savigny-Lès-Beaune 2010 (Burgundy, France),幾好~~!!!!!
我哋食咗:
  • Shaved calamari, oyster cream, dill & fermented apple juice / 14
  • Venison tartare, pickled radish, nashi pear, ginger & wasabi / 15
  • Crab & gurnard terrine, salted lemon curd, nori, pea leaves & crab essence / 20
  • Blackened pork jowl, smoked carrot kimchi, cos, green apple & peanuts / 24
  • Crisp beef cheek, whipped white soy cream, black garlic, parsnip & yuzu / 26
  • Fried fresh corn polenta, pine, lime & pecorino / 11
  • Smoked barramundi, salt baked celeriac, lemon verbena, matcha & lime / 36
  • Warm rooibos braised quince, walnut, verbena, coffee & white ale ice cream / 14
  • Lemon and yuzu curd, white chocolate, burnt coconut, spiced rum & coconut sorbet / 15
  • Chocolate tart, thai flavours / 15
各樣嘢都好好好味~~!特別欣賞佢嘅"海藻牛油",好好味哦~~!還有佢的甜品 -- Chocolate tart,it was Divine~~~!!!!!!
