DIY — Cruffin 可頌瑪芬

林太有一次見到這個名「可頌瑪芬」覺得好靚，所以找找看，原來是好似玫瑰花的扭法，好靚呀！！今日又凍又無聊，就在家試吓！！幾好食喎，只用了一半份量！

高筋面粉 bread flour   300g / 2,1/8cup

鹽 salt   2.5g / 1/2tsp

鮮奶 fresh milk   150ml+-

细砂糖 caster sugar   50g / 1/4cup

即溶酵母 instant yeast   6g / 2tsp

無鹽奶油 unsalted butter   50g / 1/4cup

軟化奶油 Softened butter   50g / 1/4cup
