Home cook @ Dec

由蘇民峰係＂食得峰騷＂到教的台灣菜 -- 三柸雞。係屋企揾唔到玻璃量柸，所以三柸不是一樣的份量。哈哈~~但味道也不錯~~!

十二月二十一號，沒有世界未日，照常要食飯，這天還是我們的＂冬至＂。＂冬至大過年＂，應該要有魚有肉，林生晚上要返工，我就返早。最後，係Safeway 買餸，帶去Coles員工休息室到食。哈哈~~!我今日才知道係supermarket買的魚是有鱗的!而我，係唔識去鱗的~~!哈哈~~!好彩，係譚小姐的試驗下，係可以自行去鱗的。（可惜，譚小姐弄到全身都是鱗~~!）

SPAM 75th 週年~~!！倍了我十幾年的澳洲生活。好味~~!餐旦飯，餐肉意。嘻嘻~~!

Mr & Mrs Lam 冬至 take 2 -- Chin Chin

昨晚，我已煮了三個餸，做＂外賣仔＂和林生做冬。都有魚，有肉，有蝦，有冬菇。但林生話，要出街食，食餐好的擋做冬。藉口~~! (tongue)

最後，去了＂Chin Chin，林生近期的大愛~~!佢已去了兩次，而我，今日第一次試。又幾得意~~!d嘢食幾有趣。哈哈~~!好味~~! (big grin)
