Mrs Lam @ Rosetta

嘻嘻~~林生要返工,我又自己去街街了~~!同了Me-shelle食晚飯,上次嚟過Rosetta食甜品,覺得好靚和幾好食,所以今日試下他們的主菜。http://www.crownmelbourne.com.au/rosetta-ristorante
特別推介他們的meat-ball,好好味,一點"肉穌"味都沒有,還好彈牙和很香~~!好有驚喜呀~~!
我們的主菜是他們的"前菜",當然可以加錢轉作主菜份量啦,但我們要留肚食甜品,所以沒有轉。試了他們的"hand-made pasta",哈哈~~好彈牙哦~~!口感當然好食過我做個d啦。我較愛Me-shelle簡的海鮮意粉。
甜品了,當然要試試入了"Herald Sun Top 25 Melbourne Dessert"的Tiramisu。

At Rosetta, chef Neil Perry’s ode to Italy, the classic dessert gets turned up to 11.
The first mouthful is a delightful hit of coffee and cream, whipped featherlight with egg whites; the second spoon is all biscuit and booze—Italian sponge finger biscuits doused in rum and marsala.
Keep eating and you get a slightly different flavour profile with each bite.
Bitter bursts of dutch cocoa keep any over-sweetness at bay.
The dish is big enough for sharing.
嘩~~!相信是他們的咖啡酒很香濃,和cream又滑又香,而入選。好味~~!但很大碗,應該要share,哈哈~~!而Me-shelle的,好酸哦~~!
哈哈~~很飽足的晚餐~~!開心~~!
