又一新進1Hat餐廳,是融入了亞洲味道的西餐,不過每樣餸菜都有點辣,兩位小寶貝冇乜食到嘢。加了錢食黑松露,但marron個汁太濃,只是上菜時聞到黑松露味,但食起來沒有特別好食,其實可以不加。因為是午餐,不用趕著駕車,所以林生林太可以飯返一杯兩杯,cheers⋯⋯

- W.A. marron,belacan butter,Vietnamese minty
- Rangers valley wagyu,strawberry gum,carrot,sunrise lime satay
- Tomato fried rice, aniseed myrtle, anchovy, salmon roe
