林生當然要個matching wine,林太都有個matching juice,有趣有趣!!一個令餸菜味道更加提升的方法。
今晚的餸菜沒有大驚喜,不是那種”嘩,我從來未吃過!”不過味道很鮮,很甜,很夾,吃起來很舒服和滿足!!
Our Menu (with matching juice):
- SAKIZUKE avocado tofu, crystal bay prawn, caviar, goji berry, wasabi sauce (grapefruit)
- ZENSAI winter delicacies (nashi)
- SAKISUI fried crayfish, snow crab, daikon, bonito broth with saikyo miso (corn mousse, almond, cinnamon)
- OTSUKURI zuke maguro, blue cod, daikon radish with chilli, shies leaf (smoked leek, snow pea)
- YAKIMONO grilled teriyaki barramundi, roast jerusalem artichoke (beetroot cherry tea)
- DAIMONO kagoshima A5 wagyu, hoba miso, grilled mushrooms (date infused cold brew)
- NIMONO duck breast, baby abalone, soy bean (yuzu ginger tea)
- OSHINOGI toro sushi
- SHOKUJI snapper, seaweed, rice cracker, green tea and bonito broth (burnt strawberry honey rosemary)
- MIZUGASHI monaka, matcha sponge, mascarpone, red bean (fiji apple custard apple)
- KANMI baked fuji apple, queen's muscat oolong tea ice cream, black bean sauce (wild plum mandarin kumquat)
