Estelle by Scott Pickett

Estelle by SP,以前的Estelle分開了兩間Estelle Bistro和Estelle by Scott Pickett。依家分開了的Estelle by SP只做degustation menu,比以前更fine,廚房控制時間更好。林生林太坐了bar枱,望著個年輕廚師成晚,哈哈!!

Smoked wallaby & black rice
Wagyu, radish, bone marrow
King prawn, brown butter
Veal sweetbreads, onion & nettles
Jonella farm baby corn
Jersey royal potato, salmon roe
Hay smoked rockling, sauce nocturne
Sher wagyu, charred leek
Mila farm duck, yellow peach & chicory
Kohlrabi, fennel, marjoram
Strawberry, violet, basil
Blueberries, yoghurt & leatherwood honey
Apple, marshmallow, Shiraz
呵呵~~!超滿足!!味道和份量都十分之好!很簡單的薯仔,粟米仔,和rockling都變了上等美食!和牛,鴨更不用說,超凡美食!嘻嘻!

久違的二人世界!!謝謝babysitter自告奮勇幫林生林太照顧兩隻小魔怪三個幾小時!!哈哈!!不過他們好似過了很開心的一晚!
