Mrs Lam's birthday lunch @ Maha

林太,生日快樂哦!
人老了,要嘗試一下不同既嘢。今日試中東風味!哈哈!!真的有點不同,他們很鐘意用「肉桂」,林太最怕的味道,但林生最鐘意。哈哈!!食了六度菜,份量剛剛好,食完還送一小包香料,十分貼心!

John dory, pinenuts, St David’s yoghurt, pickled pears, purslane
Cinnamon roasted pork jowl, pumpkin hummus, radish, smoked almonds
12 hour slow roasted lamb shoulder, cumin, coriander, sumac
New season asparagus, walnuts, tahini, pomegranate
Sumac poached strawberries, strawberry jam, yoghurt ice cream, arak meringue
