《兩口子遊澳門》-- 飲食篇(貴版)

係新葡京酒店的頂樓,又是米芝蓮三星,當然有一定的服務質素,食物要求,和相對的價錢吧!試後感:值得。
一個午餐,四道菜,全部的味道都幾好。而且很舒服!
Cherry gazpacho with frozen ricotta and pistachio flakes
Yellowtail carpaccio with lime and Espelette pepper, sea urchin and crispy waffle
Slightly smoked foie gras shavings, green beans and egg mimosa salad, parmesan cream
Shellfish bisque with crispy shrimp and Espelette pepper
Pan-seared sea scallops, creamy baby artichoke and chickpea foam
Black cod with Malabar black pepper sauce, boo choy and coconut foam
Wagyu beef and foie gras, lightly caramelised bell peppers and potatoes soufflés
Roasted Iberico pork "pluma" with bell peppers and smoked eggplant caviar

來到澳門,想食一頓正宗的葡國菜。經過葡多利,一間很優雅的餐廳,試試吧!!
第一次見到這樣的牛扒!!配煎蛋和一個勁香的牛油汁!!仲有葡國海鮮飯,與西班牙最大不同的是沒有肉,和有較多的湯/汁。好味!!
